Where Single Moms Stop Surviving — and Start Becoming
Welcome to Finally, Me with Essence Clark — a movement, coaching experience, and community helping women reclaim who they are beyond motherhood, burnout, and survival.

Finally, Me is your space to heal, align, and rediscover who you are beyond survival.
Meet Essence

I’m Essence Clark — a mom of twins, a businesswoman, and a woman who has fought her way out of survival mode more times than I can count.

For years, I carried the weight of everyone else’s needs while quietly losing myself in the process. I’ve been hungry, homeless, unmedicated, and unseen — but I refused to let my story end there.

Now, I help other women do the same: heal, rebuild, and rediscover themselves with compassion, structure, and a little bit of softness.

You’re allowed to put yourself back at the top of your own list.
Your 6-week self-reclamation journey begins here.
The Finally, Me Coaching Experience
The Journey Back to You
The Finally, Me 6-Week Coaching Experience is a guided journey for women — especially single moms — who are ready to stop running on empty and start living in alignment with peace, purpose, and pleasure.

Each week, we explore themes like Healing from Survival Mode, The Woman Beneath the Roles, and The Soft Life Blueprint. You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and community.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself — you just need to remember yourself.

Finally, Me with Essence — The Podcast
Real Stories. Real Healing. Real You.
The Finally, Me podcast is a safe space where I share stories, truths, and transformations from my journey — and yours. Each episode blends storytelling, soul work, and self-reflection to help women move from survival to self-discovery.
Supporting Women in Business & Beyond
In addition to coaching, I also provide Executive Services and Event Planning for professionals, small business owners, and organizations that need strategic support behind the scenes.

Because when women thrive personally and professionally — we all rise together.
